EMÜ MV paarisorienteerumises 2024 

 

1. Eesmärk 

Orienteerumise meistrite selgitamine Eesti Maaülikoolis. Sportimisharrastuse ja orienteerumise ergutamine EMÜ üliõpilaste ja töötajate seas. 

 

2. Aeg ja koht 

Kolmapäeval, 9. oktoobril 2024 

Stardid vabalt valitud ajal vahemikus 15.00 kuni 18.30. Finiš suletakse kl 19.00

Võistlus toimub koos Seiklushundi orienteerumispäevakuga 

 

3. Korraldamine 

Võistlust organiseerib Eesti Maaülikooli Spordiklubi koostöös MTÜ-ga Seiklushunt. Võistlus toimub koos Seiklushundi orienteerumispäevakuga, mille raames peetakse eraldi arvestus Eesti Maaülikooli meistrivõistluste jaoks. Võistluse peakohtunik on Renno Reitsnik (e-post: renno.reitsnik@emu.ee, mobiil: +372 5399 3931). 

 

4. Osavõtjad 

Võistlustest saavad osa võtta EMÜ üliõpilased ja EMÜ töötajad. Võistlused toimuvad naiste, meeste ja segaklasside arvestuses 2-liikmelistes võistkondades. 

 

5. Rada 

Kaks erineva pikkusega rada. Meestel Seiklushundi päevakute rada nr 1 (ca 4,5 km) ja sega/naisteklassidel rada nr 2 (ca 3,5 km). Radade pikkus on antud linnulennult. Start ja finiš EMÜ toiduteaduse ja toiduainete tehnoloogia õppetooli (F. R. Kreutzwaldi 56/5) sissepääsu lähedal. Rada kulgeb Gardesti ja EMÜ ühiselamute vahelises piirkonnas nii teedel kui pargialadel. 

Start, kontrollpunktid ja finiš tuleb läbida kaardil näidatud järjekorras. Paarilised peavad liikuma terve aja koos, sh viibima korraga kõikides kontrollpunktides, stardis ja finišis. Kontrollpunktides tehakse märge elektroonilise süsteemiga SPORTident, mis antakse osalejatele koos kaardiga infotelgist (võistlejapaari peale kasutatakse 1 märkevahendit). 

6. Protestid 

Võistluste käigus tekkinud küsimused ja protestid lahendavad kohtunikud kohapeal. 

 

7. Instituutide paremusjärjestus 

Instituutide paremusjärjestus selgitatakse välja vastavalt üldjuhendis sätestatud korrale. Üritusel saadud punktid kantakse koondtabelisse ning kevadel 2025 selgub sportlikult parim instituut. 

 

8. Autasustamine 

Paremusjärjestus selgitatakse aegade põhjal. Võitjaid autasustatakse Eesti Maaülikooli auhinnaga, esikolmikuid autasustatakse medaliga.  Autasustamine toimub järgmisel päeval kell 12.00 Eesti Maaülikooli spordiklubi fuajees.

 

9. Registreerumine 

Eelregistreerimine toimub kuni 8.10.2024 kella 23.59-ni. Registreerida saab SIIN. Eelregistreerunutele on osalemine tasuta. Pärast eelregistreerimisaja lõppu on võimalik end kirja panna üritusel kohapeal vastavalt Seiklushundi päevakute hinnakirjale soodustingimustel (võistkonna osavõtutasu üliõpilastel 4 eurot + 1 euro märkevahendi eest; täiskasvanutel 6 eurot + 1 euro märkevahendi eest). 

 

Võistlusele registreerudes ja etteteatamata tulemata jätmise korral toob iga registreerimine instituudile miinus 2 punkti. 

EULS Orienteering Championships 2024 

 

1. Purpose 

To ascertain the Estonian University of Life Sciences champions in orienteering. Encouraging sports and orienteering among EULS students and employees. 

 

2. Time and place 

Wed, 9 October 2024 

The start is open from 15:00 to 18:30, finish closes at 19:00. You can start any time while the start is open.

The competition takes place in collaboration with Seiklushunt orienteering day 

 

3. Organising 

The competition is organized by the Sports Club of the Estonian University of Life Sciences in collaboration with the NGO Seiklushunt. The competition takes place together with the Seiklushunt orienteering day, within which separate courses are kept for the championships of the Estonian University of Life Sciences. The referee is Renno Reitsnik (e-mail: renno.reitsnik@emu.ee, mobile: +372 5399 3931). 

 

4. Participation 

EULS students and employees compete in EULS championship events for EULS awards. Competitions take place in women's, men's and mixed classes in 2-member teams. 

 

 5. Course 

Two courses of different lengths. For men, Seiklushunt daily course no. 1 (approx. 4,5 km) and for mixed/women's classes course no. 2 (approx. 3,5 km). The length of the course is given from a bird's eye view. Start and finish near the entrance of The Chair of Food Science and Technology of the EULS (F. R. Kreutzwaldi 56/5). The courses run in the area between Gardest and EULS dormitories, both on roads and in park areas. 

  

The start, control points and finish must be completed in the order specified on the map. Pairs must move together the whole time, including being at all control points, the start and the finish at the same time. At the control points, a mark is made with the SPORTident electronic system, which is given to the participants together with a map from the information tent (1 marking device is used per pair of competitors). 

 

6. Protests 

Questions and protests arising during the competitions are resolved by the referees on the spot. 

 

7. Ranking of institutes 

The ranking of institutes is determined according to the procedure provided in the general guidelines. The points obtained at the event will be added to the overall table, and in the spring of 2025, the most athletic institute of the EULS will be determined. 

 

8. Awarding ceremony 

Ranking is determined based on times. Prizes for the winners, top three will be awarded with a medal. The ceremony will take place on the next day, 12 o'clock in the EULS sportshall lobby.

 

9. Registration 

Pre-registration takes place until 8 October 2024 at 23:59. You can register HERE. Participation is free for those who have pre-registered. After the end of the pre-registration period, it is possible to register at the event on the spot according to the price list of Seiklushunt orienteering day under discounted conditions (team participation fee for students 4 euros + 1 euro for the SPORTident device; for adults 6 euros + 1 euro for the SPORTident device device). 

 

When registering for the competition and failing to come without prior notice, each registration brings minus 1 point to the institute.
